1Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis - either monthly or annually depending on the plan term you selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
2No Guaranteed Results
Because the platform provides tools, automation, and AI assistance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or revenue generation. Payments are not contingent on performance.
3Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except in the limited cases described below.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases only:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error
- Verified billing errors on our part
- Service failure caused directly and solely by the platform
⏱ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.
4Cancellations
✓ You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings - no penalty, no lock-in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to the platform until the period ends
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period
5Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or card provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Deny future access to the platform
