Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Ai MarketPartner.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ai MarketPartner ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers and govern all use of the Platform's features including content creation, scheduling, AI generation, integrations, and analytics tools.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

Zero-Tolerance Policy

The following are strictly prohibited on Ai MarketPartner. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. This includes images, text, video, or AI-generated content depicting or suggesting sexual acts involving anyone under 18 years of age. This violation will always be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
Pornography and Sexual Content: Uploading, generating, publishing, or scheduling explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornographic material of any kind.
Illegal Activity: Using the Platform to plan, promote, facilitate, or carry out any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law.
Criminal Activity: Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs on criminal activity including drug trafficking, human trafficking, fraud, hacking, identity theft, money laundering, weapons manufacturing, or violent crimes.
Terrorism and Extremism: Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations, mass violence, genocide, or extremist ideologies.
Hate Speech: Content that demeans, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Harassment and Threats: Using the Platform to harass, bully, stalk, or make threats against any individual or group.

We employ automated content filtering on all text inputs, AI prompts, and uploaded content. Any attempt to circumvent safety filters using obfuscation, coded language, or other methods is itself a violation of these terms.

3. AI Content Generation Rules

When using any AI-powered feature on Ai MarketPartner including image generation, video creation, copywriting, or content scheduling tools, you agree that:

You will not use AI tools to generate any content prohibited under Section 2.
You will not attempt to bypass content filters by using coded language, metaphors, or creative framing to describe prohibited content.
All AI-generated content is your responsibility. You are accountable for everything generated under your account.
We reserve the right to block, flag, and log any prompt or input that triggers our safety systems.
Uploaded files, images, and videos are subject to the same content standards as AI-generated content.

Our systems automatically scan all text inputs, uploaded files, and generated outputs for policy violations. Flagged content is logged against your account record. Accounts with repeated violations are subject to permanent suspension.

4. Account Termination

Ai MarketPartner reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service
Any prohibited activity described in Section 2
Behavior deemed harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties
Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive use of the Platform or its features
Non-payment, chargebacks, or payment disputes
Any activity that, in our sole discretion, poses a legal, reputational, or operational risk to Ai MarketPartner

No Refund Policy on Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason including violations of these Terms of Service, you are not entitled to any refund of subscription fees, credits, or any other payments made to Ai MarketPartner. All sales are final. Accounts terminated for violations of Section 2 may also be permanently banned from creating new accounts on the Platform.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of original content you create using the Platform. By using the Platform you grant Ai MarketPartner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent and warrant that all content you upload, generate, or publish using the Platform does not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for content published to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook through our integrations. You are solely responsible for compliance with each platform's own terms of service.

6. Subscription and Payments

Ai MarketPartner offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and frequency of your selected plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai MarketPartner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content on Ai MarketPartner that violates these Terms of Service, particularly content involving the exploitation of minors or criminal activity, please contact us immediately at worldfamousmediagroup@gmail.com.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports of child exploitation or criminal activity will be escalated to the appropriate authorities.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
