- Distribute harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content
- Engage in fraud, deception, or any dishonest practices
- Misuse AI features to mislead or manipulate customers or contacts
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all actions taken through your account - including those performed by AI agents, automations, or team members operating under your workspace.
This includes but is not limited to: automated messages sent on your behalf, content generated by AI, and any communications initiated through the platform's tools.
Violations May Result In
- Immediate suspension of specific features or your entire account
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Legal action where violations constitute criminal or civil offenses
